ANALYTICAL AND CLINICAL VALIDATION: NOT PERFORMED.

1. Verify downloads/SHA256SUMS.txt and extract mutationsieve-software-verification-evidence-2026-08-01.zip.
2. Verify PUBLIC-EVIDENCE-SHA256SUMS.txt and public-evidence-manifest.json.
3. Read software-verification-manifest.json and RELEASE_NOTICE.md first.
4. Inspect control-generation-accounting.json: 24/25 simulator positives used
   forced top-up (67 units), so 28/29 is control recovery, not sensitivity.
5. Confirm all selected tiers are REVIEW; PASS/HIGH are absent and disabled.
6. Confirm all comparator rows are NOT_RUN and all eight outputs are partial no-calls.
7. The frozen JUnit record has 340 passed and 3 skipped direct cases plus 3 passed subtests, failures=0, errors=0.
